As a Chapter Founder, you will lead a local or school-based chapter of Flamivor. You will receive a Founder's Certificate and are expected to:

Recruit a team (recommended roles: Outreach, Research, Media, Design, Human Resources)

Coordinate educational content creation or distribution

Maintain communication with Flamivor's core team

Uphold respectful, responsible conduct; misconduct may lead to removal
Each chapter founder may also receive a Letter of Recommendation after consistent leadership (suggested: 4+ months of active contribution). You are permitted to create certificates for your members using a provided template.

As a Flamivor volunteer, you’ll contribute to our mission by creating and sharing original educational content each week. Volunteers are expected to:

Submit one resource per week (flashcards, mini-lessons, worksheets, or videos) on a topic either chosen by you or assigned by us.

Resources must be original work—not copied, AI-generated, or taken from other websites. Plagiarized or generated work may result in removal and legal implications.

Once a month, conduct a physical teaching activity (one-on-one or group session) using either your own material or Flamivor’s resource library. This can be with a friend, neighbour or underprivileged student(s). Submit a clear photo as proof.
You can volunteer for 3, 6, or 9 months. Upon request, you will receive a Volunteer Certificate and become eligible for Volunteer of the Month recognition.

As a Social Media Video Intern, you’ll help expand Flamivor’s reach by creating short-form video content (primarily Instagram Reels) each week.
Your responsibilities:

Interns who complete their term will receive a Certificate of Completion. This is a remote, unpaid position designed for high school students interested in media, education, and impact.

As a Subject Executive, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of volunteers working under a specific subject. You’ll be expected to:

Post weekly content assignments based on the official Flamivor syllabus.

Review all submissions, provide constructive feedback, and approve/disapprove work based on quality and clarity.

Organize approved resources by topic in a clearly labeled Google Drive folder and send them to a designated Flamivor email (we’ll provide it to you upon selection).

Coordinate weekly with the Founder for progress tracking and quality checks via Google Chat.

Maintain a minimum weekly commitment of 5–6 hours.

Only serious and committed individuals should apply. Selected applicants will be contacted for a short interview before onboarding. Past leadership, content development, or educational experience is preferred. Being over 18 is preferred, but not a sole requirement.
