Flamivor—named for "flame" and "vigor"—is a youth-led movement that challenges conventional thinking about who belongs in science, who gets to teach, and how we support underserved high school students navigating tough academic paths.

 

Our peer-driven model ensures that technical education is paired with vital social-emotional support, turning intimidating subjects into accessible, joyful, and culturally responsive environments.

 

Our student leaders constantly learn from and inspire one another, growing not just as future scientists and innovators, but as empathetic, resilient community leaders.

Every student we reach, every supply kit we put into eager hands, and every barrier we break creates ripples that extend far beyond a single workshop.

When we integrate mental wellbeing into hands-on STEM learning, we change how entire communities view technical education. When we demonstrate what youth can achieve, we shift perceptions about who can excel in science.

 

When we plug the "leaky pipeline" before marginalized youth drop out, we build an inclusive foundation that lasts for generations.

Founded to bridge the gap between hands-on STEM and mental wellbeing, Flamivor was created to reimagine technical education for underserved high schoolers—taking a holistic approach and proving that youth have the power to solve systemic challenges.

 

We work to replace rigid, intimidating barriers with supportive, peer-collaborative spaces. From project-based workshops to social-emotional toolkits, Flamivor delivers education and encouragement in a way that only youth can.
